AMC's compliance of corporate social responsibility is based on the following objectives:

2. Develop a sustainable environment.
3. Maintain social benefits.
4. Strengthen the disclosure information of corporate social responsibility.

 

Non-Conflict Minerals policy

The use of four metals from conflict mineral sources has indirectly encouraged Africa local soldiers to obtain benefits through abuse of the people. Therefore, the US Congress discovered the potential link between corporate profits and turbulent atrocities and funds,

which indirectly affects investors ’ purchase and investment, so the output does not use conflict minerals.

 

  1. 1. AMC declared that he must abide by the following guidelines:

  -  Meet customer requirements and implement corporate social responsibility.

  -  Declare “Prohibition of the conflict minerals ".

  -  Investigate if there are the sources of gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), and tungsten (W) contained in products to ensure that these metals are not from “conflict mines” or “blood mines”.


 
  • 2. It also requires upstream suppliers to meet the requirements of conflict minerals:
  •    Suppliers are required to investigate the supply chain in detail to ensure: gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), tin (Sn)   and cobalt (Co).
       This kind of metal is not mined by an anarchy or illegal group, mined in the conflict zone of the Democratic Republic of Congo, or obtained through illegal smuggling.

     
  • 3. Statements:
  •    Gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), and tungsten (W) metals are not used in AMC products. All investigations have ensured that they are not from conflict minerals in the Democratic Republic of Congo and its surrounding areas.
